Meeting was called to order at 7:05
Members present: Nancy Dreesen, Alicia Saenz, Gabby Gutierrez, Skip Knudsen, Raidel Cubero and Barbara Atwood.
Minutes of the October 17 & 29 meetings were approved
Treasurer’s Report – We are looking better financially, but have a lot to do. Our current balance is $70,789.00. Members have stepped up to support the adopt-a-bill. Envelopes for September were $14,965. October’s envelopes were $25,729.
Motion to adopt treasurer’s report: Second, and unanimously approved.
Designated and Non-Designated accounts – Barbara Atwood reported on the Reclassification of Designated and Non-Designated accounts. Barbara reviewed the many accounts listed and suggested the list be pared down to reflect a more manageable number of accounts. This action is needed prior to our discussions with our mortgage holder regarding mortgage restructure. Reclassification will be retroactive as of October 31, 2017.
Motion to restructure the Designated Funds: Second, and unanimously approved.
Discussion regarding Areumdaun Church – Nancy presented a property usage report. Nancy also shared a Termination Letter for the Church.
Pledge Report – Nancy reported that as of last Sunday, we have received pledges totaling $157,912. Number of members submitting pledges – 44.
Misc – need to repair panic door and lock on lower level door, December worship plans, Pastor schedule, Memorial Endowment fund, and volunteers to man church office.
