Procedure for Baptism at St. Mark’s

to arrange a date for baptism. You do not need to be a member of St. Mark’s to be baptized here. We are happy to welcome you into God’s family. There is no fee for a baptism when it is conducted during a previously scheduled church service. After you talk to the Pastor, please call the office to provide us with Download Form:

- Date of birth,
- Place of birth,
- Date of baptism,
- by whom baptized,
- Father’s name & phone,
- street address
- Names and ages of other children.
- place of church membership,
- Mother’s maiden name,
- place of church membership,
- the names of the child’s sponsors,
