IF YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE(S) have mobility issues that make it difficult to attend Sunday worship, we can now provide some help for you from 8:30-8:55 a.m. Use the I Street entrance near Project Hand and stop near the bench outside the rear door to the Worship Center, where someone will assist you.
THE FLOWER CHART FOR 2012 has been posted in the Narthex. Please sign up for special occasions and memorials. Cost for each wall bouquet is $30.00, and $10.00 for a rose on the altar.
YOUR 2012 CONTRIBUTION ENVELOPES ARE NOW AVAILABLE in the Narthex. To simplify the contribution counting process and to ensure the accuracy of your contribution statements, please use your assigned envelopes whenever possible. THE MEN’S BREAKFAST BIBLE STUDY is held on the second Saturday of the month, February 11th, at 8:00 a.m. at Galley at the Marina, 550 Marina Parkway in Chula Vista. All men are invited to join us for this time of fellowship.
PRAYER QUILT MINISTRY: Join us on Saturday, February 18th, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in Jacobson Hall. We need your talents—cutting, sewing, ironing…being part of sewing the gift of prayer. CURSILLO WEEKEND COMING: Do you want to feel closer to God? Do you want to experience spiritual renewal? Do you want to prepare yourself to serve others? The Spring Cursillo Coed Weekend provides the opportunity to accomplish those goals. It will be held Thursday, April 26th—Sunday, April 29th at Camp Stevens near Julian. USED STAMPS, UPC codes from Campbell’s Soup labels, “Box Tops for Education,” soaps, shampoos, used cell phones, used eyeglasses, and hearing aids are still needed. The Thursday Quilters thank you so much.
