We are to fulfill Jesus’ great commission at St. Mark’s by serving in the ministry of making disciples through hospitality and incorporation. Things we focus on:
- Hospitality and building relationships with visitors and members
- Greet all people before worship
- Escort first time attendees to the patio for coffee, introducing them to Care Team members, Pastors and other congregation members
- Call and invite first time attendees to worship and offer to sit with them
- Deliver cookies or similar treat to home to greet and make a caring connection
- Continue inviting visitors to become involved
