The meeting was called to order at 7:06PM by President Iris Atkins. Pastor Ron led with prayer.
The minutes for the March meeting were read and amended. The motion to accept the minutes was made by Pastor Ron, seconded by Tom Brosche, approved by all.
Financial report- The quarterly financial report will be included in Sundays bulletin. Laura agreed to a short class on financial data for Council members. David , Paul Laura and Iris will go to the Union Bank on Third Ave. on Saturday to change to signature card. Council will set up a committee to review whether some designated funds are still valid and if they should be deleted. The motion to accept the financial report was made by Pastor Ron, seconded by Dawn Andrews, approved by all.
Memorial Plaque- It was proposed that the garden memorial plaque will have “In Loving Memory” at the top and “St Marks Memorial Garden” underneath. Each of the individual plates will have three lines:
line 1. name of deceased
line 2. born/passed dates
line 3. X letters for family choice.
